葡萄酒酿制方法
浸皮20天;在控制温度的条件下置入1500升的橡木桶内进行酒精发酵;置于500/700/1000升的大桶内进行乳酸发酵。分别置于大桶和水泥桶中陈酿15个月和2个月。葡萄酒装瓶后在瓶中陈酿12个月。
特点
索第里奥葡萄酒沿袭了锡耶纳地区的传统方式,采用100%的桑娇维塞葡萄酿制而成,呈宝石红色。它汇聚了樱桃、紫罗兰、皮革、石榴、干薄荷和马郁兰的芳香。入口,充盈着矿物味,细致的单宁和它的清新自然完美结合,余味带有香草的味道。
