Manual harvest into crates and mechanical sorting. Maceration on the skins for 20–30 days. Alcoholic fermentation in oak conical vats and concrete tanks. Aged in barriques for 30 months and 6 months in concrete tanks, followed by a further 12 months in bottle.

Character

G33 presents itself in the glass with an intense and elegant ruby red color. On the nose, it offers great depth and refinement, with hints of violet and graphite followed by balsamic and mint nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied with fine, silky tannins. Extremely long and taut, with a wonderful persistence.
